Fuss-free High-Protein Baked Porridge

Baked porridge with cinnamon apple

Porridge is like a warm hug in a bowl! Kids love it, but let's face it - who's got the time or energy to stir away in the midst of the morning mayhem? This baked version is a total game-changer! Prepare it the night before, and ta-da! They'll wake up to a breakfast miracle: flawless texture, cooked to perfection, and never a hint of burnt! Just pop it in the oven when you rise and it's ready in 20 minutes. No fuss, pure breakfast bliss to fuel them up for the entire morning!


Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 cup thick-cut oats (pre-soaked in water)

  • 1 free-range egg

  • ½ cup milk, DF alt. or water

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Optional: 2tsp pure maple syrup


Procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large box and mix well

  2. Distribute the mixture in ramekins

  3. Bake at 170°C for 20min

  4. Serve with fresh fruit & raw honey
