Ingredients (2 servings)
1 cup thick-cut oats (pre-soaked in water)
1 free-range egg
½ cup milk, DF alt. or water
1 scoop collagen
2 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp cinnamon
Optional: 2tsp pure maple syrup
Procedure
Combine all ingredients in a large box and mix well
Distribute the mixture in ramekins
Bake at 170°C for 20min
Serve with fresh fruit & raw honey
